The thing that makes a kitchen renovation hard is not any single trade. It is that eight of them have to happen in the right order, and every gap between them is a week you are washing dishes in the bathroom. Demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinets, template and install counters, tile, trim, paint — miss the sequencing and a three-week job becomes three months of waiting for someone to call back.
We run kitchens as one project with one point of contact, and most of those trades are ours. That is the actual argument for using us: the handoffs happen inside one company instead of between five subcontractors who each have another job going. You are not the one chasing an electrician to come back before the cabinets can go in.
We are also honest about the two things that genuinely control your timeline and are not in our hands: cabinet lead time and counter template. Counters cannot be templated until the cabinets are set and level, and stone fabrication takes its own time after that. We build both into the schedule up front and order cabinetry early, so the wait happens before your kitchen comes apart rather than after.

Design and scope
We work through layout, appliance sizes, where the plumbing and electrical actually are, and what moving them costs — then produce a line-item quote against that scope.

Order and sequence
Cabinetry ordered early because lead time controls the schedule, trades booked in sequence, and a start date set once materials are confirmed rather than hoped for.

Demolition and rough-in
Strip out, framing changes, electrical and plumbing rough-in to the cabinet drawings, inspection where required, then drywall and paint prep.
- 04
Install and finish
Cabinets set and levelled, counters templated and installed, backsplash tiled, lighting and trim finished, appliances connected, and a deficiency walk with you.

Usually yes, and the cost is in the plumbing and electrical rather than the fixture. Moving a sink means new drain and vent runs, which is straightforward on some floor structures and awkward on others. We look at what is under the floor before quoting so the answer is a real number rather than an assumption.
It depends what you are changing. Swapping finishes generally does not; moving walls, altering structure, or new electrical and plumbing generally does. We confirm with your municipality — HRM and the smaller towns each handle it slightly differently — and we handle the application rather than leaving it with you.
Cabinetry is usually the largest single line, then counters, appliances, and how much the layout moves — relocating plumbing and electrical costs far more than keeping them. Whether the floor and ceiling are in scope matters too. We quote line by line so you can see exactly what each decision adds, and change orders are written down before work starts.
